My experience in the US was an important step in developing a product-based mindset, which I later applied to real estate.
My next step was moving to Asia, settling in Bali, where I focused entirely on the real estate market. This region attracted me with its dynamic development and unique opportunities. I began working with a European developer specializing in residential and commercial projects. My role included consulting on concepts and project launches, from market analysis and product strategy development to coordination with investors and contractors. Over the past few years, I’ve been involved in the creation of several landmark projects in Bali, including premium residential complexes that took into account both global trends and local cultural nuances.
